Clayton Howard’s court exhibits reveal economy tickets and a modest hotel room tied to trips allegedly arranged for Diddy.
Clayton Howard is giving the public a closer look at how sex workers allegedly traveled for Diddy’s freak-offs.
Documents obtained by AllHipHop include economy plane tickets and photographs of a modest Miami Beach hotel room used during Howard’s alleged trips.
One Orbitz itinerary sent Howard, aka Dave, from New York to Miami in November 2013, with a Charlotte connection and a total cost of $238.30. A second receipt shows Delta booked him in economy from Fort Lauderdale to Kennedy Airport in October 2014.
Howard’s exhibits also include December 2016 photographs showing clothing inside a plain suite and an ordinary hallway at an unidentified Miami Beach property.

The travel records show none of the private-jet luxury often associated with Diddy and his lavish public image. That contrast stands out because Forbes estimated Diddy’s wealth at roughly $700 million during the same period.
The records support Howard’s claim that Diddy and Cassie Ventura arranged his travel while hiding the true purpose from booking agents.
“I definitely reached out to his travel agent. I believe we just acted as if it was a new employee or somebody that was being interviewed or something,” Cassie testified during Diddy’s criminal trial.
Howard admits he accepted money for sex, but his amended complaint alleges the encounters later involved deception, drugs, restraint and acts he never approved.
“At all times [Howard] was an adult over the age of eighteen. [Howard] does not contend that he never accepted payment or never understood the encounters to be sexual,” the complaint states.
His latest filing keeps four trafficking and sexual-abuse claims alive after a federal judge dismissed several other counts, including civil RICO claims.
Howard’s lawsuit seeks $20 million from Diddy and Cassie, along with other damages that could be decided if he wins.
He also claims the public attention surrounding Diddy’s trial destroyed his construction company and left him dependent on relatives for basic expenses.
“This public exposure has made it impossible for me to secure new construction contracts, maintain business relationships, or conduct normal business operations,” Howard wrote. “The continuous harassment and attacks have destroyed my professional reputation in the contracting industry, causing existing clients to terminate relationships and prospective clients to refuse to work with me.”
Diddy remains scheduled for release from FCI Fort Dix on January 24, 2028, after serving his 50-month sentence for two prostitution-related convictions.
